One of the best property in Goa. Amazing boutique hotel , perfectly done interiors , rich & elegant. Amazing view of the backwaters , lipsmacking food & cocktails and cherry on the top is their Hospitality & added services like kayak ,spa and numerous activities with helpful staff.

Amazing place ,location is great, perfect for a reunion. All my cousin loved the place , Each room is unique. lot of common areas to chill. Two pools . Best part was the way Mahesh the manager attended to us. Each request was taken care. The chef Pallad is really good, The food is amazing, So much to choose from . Deepak and the staff that served us stayed back till late and even played with our kids. Very decently price . Thanks to Samarth for all the arrangements and a warm welcome. All my cousins wanted to explore different places but we did not even leave the place for 2 days. Only suggestion is redo the bathrooms. They are clean but old
